1. About Foohdy

Foohdy is an online review removal portal operated by Foohdy International (ABN: 52 645 072 297), registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). By registering and using the Foohdy platform at foohdy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Foohdy facilitates the submission of review removal requests to Google on behalf of businesses. We do not guarantee the removal of any review. Removal outcomes are subject to Google’s own policies and discretion, which are outside our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to act on behalf of the business associated with your account to use this platform.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Google Account Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorise Foohdy to access your account solely for the purpose of retrieving and managing reviews on your behalf. We will not access, modify, or use your Google account data for any other purpose.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is required in full before any removal request is submitted. We accept payment via Stripe. Prices displayed at checkout are final for that transaction. Foohdy reserves the right to update pricing at any time, with changes applying to future orders only.

Current pricing:

Visuals (reviews with images and text): $99 inc. GST
Freshies (reviews ≤21 days old): $199 inc. GST
Regulars (all other reviews): $599 inc. GST

7. Refund Policy

Foohdy guarantees the removal of every review submitted through the platform. If a review has not been successfully removed within 60 days from the date of order, you are entitled to request a full refund by contacting us at support@foohdy.com. Refund requests must reference your order details and will be assessed within 5 business days of receipt.

8. Review Classification

Reviews are automatically classified by the platform based on the following logic:

A review with images and text is classified as a Visual, regardless of age.
A review without images that is 21 days old or less is classified as a Freshie.
All other reviews are classified as Regular.

Foohdy reserves the right to manually reclassify a review if the automated classification is found to be incorrect, and will notify you of any pricing adjustments prior to processing.

9. Removal Guarantee

Foohdy guarantees the removal of all reviews submitted and paid for through the platform. We will submit removal requests in accordance with Google’s review policies and pursue each case until resolved. In the event that a review cannot be removed within 60 days from the date of order, you may request a full refund in accordance with Section 7.

10. Turnaround Time

Foohdy aims to complete review removals as promptly as possible. While most removals are completed well within the 60-day guarantee window, exact timeframes may vary subject to Google’s review and response processes. You will be notified via the platform and by email once a removal has been confirmed.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Foohdy to submit removal requests for reviews that you know to be genuine and accurate. Foohdy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

12. Privacy

Your use of Foohdy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://foohdy.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Foohdy platform is the property of Foohdy International. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Foohdy International’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

Foohdy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
