- Billing and contact address
- Password (stored in encrypted form via Supabase Auth)
b) Business and review data
- Google Business Profile name and details (retrieved via Google Places API)
- Public Google reviews associated with your business listing, including reviewer name, star rating, review text, date posted, and any images attached to the review
c) Payment information
- Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Foohdy does not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account details.
- We retain a record of transaction amounts, dates, and the review IDs associated with each order for billing and audit purposes.
d) Usage and technical data
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and actions taken within the Platform
- Session duration and timestamps
- Device and operating system information
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your user account
- Identify and retrieve your business’s public Google reviews
- Process payments for review removal services via Stripe
- Classify reviews into pricing tiers (Visual, Freshie, Regular) and calculate your order total
- Notify our operations team of reviews selected for removal
- Update the status of review removal requests on your dashboard
- Send transactional emails, including order confirmations, status updates, and removal notifications
- Maintain a complete audit trail of all reviews and payments
- Improve the functionality and performance of the Platform
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable under privacy law, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: to provide the review removal services you have requested
- Legitimate interests: to maintain the security and integrity of the Platform, prevent fraud, and improve our services

- Supabase: database hosting and authentication
- Stripe: payment processing
- Google: Places API queries to identify your business listing
- Vercel: platform hosting and infrastructure
All third-party providers are required to process your data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
b) Our internal team
Our operations staff receive order details (including review IDs and business information) solely for the purpose of executing the review removal process.
c) Legal requirements
We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at reviews@foohdy.com. Note that certain records (such as payment transaction records) may be retained for the period required by applicable financial or tax laws.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The Platform may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and analyse usage. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
9. Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Measures in place include:
- Encrypted password storage via Supabase Auth
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Role-based access controls for internal staff
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant processor
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
